they been calling me

I have received 10 calls within the past 3 days. Upon answering the phone it instantly disconnects and after calling the number back there is an automated voice that tells me to press one to be placed on a do not call list, even after doing so 10 times there isn't any relief.

been receiving annoying text message from this number.

THEY CALL EVERY DAY AND THEY BARELY ANSWER.

Calls every morning at 5:00AM

He has been calling me looking for the same person for 2 years. I keep telling him that I am not that person and he wont stop calling. Lately the calls have become sexually explisit and completly innapropriate. I cant get rid of him. He says he is calling from Harrison Law Firm.

This is CitiCard - Calling on SEARS account/cards - SEARS is going broke, now that K-Mart owns them - They are DESPERATE for money, and have to resort to this in order to stay afloat.
